The motive force behind Jeevaniyam is Dr Reshmi Pramod, a qualified Ayurveda Doctor hailing from an illustrious family of traditional Vaidyas, who has dedicated her life to the study of neuro-developmental disorders affecting children. Her unparalleled passion and commitment stems from the fact that she herself is a differently abled person, having lost her eye-sight about 15 years ago. The trauma she encountered through this mid-life disablement and the role of modern assistive technology in transforming her from being a handicapped person into a fully productive and confident medical professional made Dr Reshmi realize her mission in life – give hope and a new lease of life to special children and their shell-shocked and agitated parents

Adv PRAMOD TP Managing Director and CFO Jeevaniyam Group. He is the managing director of Jeevaniyam Skills and Private Limited, managing partner of Jeevaniyam Ayurveda Hospital and Research Centre, Head office at Jeevaniyam and managing Trusty of Jeevaniyam Charitable Trust. He is the backbone and strength of Jeevaniyam. His personal commitment and involvement in handling not only the administrative affairs of the company but also the concerns of the parents of children with special needs have always been a great solace to them.

DR ANJANA MOHAN (BAMS)
MEDICAL OFFICER
Dr. Anjana Mohan is a dedicated professional with a BAMS degree from Rajiv Gandhi University. With 7 years of experience, she currently serves as a Medical Officer at Jeevaniyam Ayurveda Hospital and Research Centre. Her expertise in Ayurvedic medicine, coupled with a passion for holistic well-being, contributes to the hospital’s commitment to comprehensive healthcare. She is devoted to advancing Ayurvedic research and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. She plays a pivotal role in patient care through detailed consultations, where her expertise allows her to understand individual health needs comprehensively. Her commitment extends to guiding patients on their wellness journey, providing continuous support and education. In addition, she actively participates in ongoing research activities at the hospital, contributing to the advancement of Ayurvedic medicine.
Ms KEERTHY S ( MPhil. Clinical Psychology)
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Ms. Keerthy S, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with RCI registration, completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, Kochi,. Prior to joining our team, she worked as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Peejays@neurocentre, Kochi, and District Mental Health Program, Alappuzha. She has expertise in providing mental health support to children, adolescents and adults. She is an expert in administering various psychological assessments and batteries to evaluate intelligence, child development, learning disability, psychodiagnostic assessments, and neuropsychological functioning. She is specialized in providing psychotherapies that includes Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Process based psychotherapy. In addition to working with children, her area of interest also includes providing psychological intervention to adults suffering from various psychological difficulties.
